Without doubt one of the finest, funniest ways to spend an evening. The cast are superb; their talent, energy and professionalism surpass all expectations. Every obstacle thrown up by budgetary or environmental limitations is handled with such wit, charm and confidence that they add to, rather than detracting from, the pleasure of the experience.

It was so good! I can't believe so few people have seen it, you should definitely play it again, I know I would come. I can't really say much more than what everyone else has said other than its fantastically funny, incredibly clever and has great songs!

During the interval on Thursday my friend turned to me and asked "Why are we watching this in the upstairs room of a pub? This should be seen by everybody." It was hard to disagree. The Book of Job was a joy from start to finish and I genuinely don't think I've ever been in a room of people so overwhelmed with laughter. Since Thursday I have raved about it to friends and family, most of whom seem interested in attending future shows. Venues should be clamouring to get it booked.

It was absolutely fantastic and I have never laughed so much in my life. It was really well written and of course sung amazingly. I've seen many musicals and it was definitely a more fun night than Les Mis (and the singing was better too). The highlight was undoubtedly the camel incident; it was genius.

I would willingly go around telling people how great it was - I think that I already have in fact. More people should see this musical, otherwise everyone will continue to give us suspicious looks when my friends and I sing the Satan song on train platforms.

I loved it probably an indecent amount. I am unable to comprehend how this musical isn't huge right now, as i've paid far more to see shows half as good. It was simply like nothing else i've ever seen, only thing that stopped me buying all the tickets to the next show was that there doesn't seem to be one yet!

I'm almost bored of saying how brilliant this musical is. But apparently not because here I am again banging on about it's brilliance. It's brilliant. It's everything everyone else said above and it's brilliant as well.

The Book of Job has become one of my favourite pieces of theatre. Not just witty and clever, but also oddly moving in its portrayal of the raw deal suffered by its main character. Not since Milton has anyone really bothered to see Satan's side of the story with such understanding. God had it coming! I'll go and see it every chance I can.

The Book of Job is a work of mad genius. I'm a hardened hater of musicals, but even I couldn't help falling love with the wittiness of the script and the hilarious performances - which remain wonderfully entertaining, all the while poking fun at the more pretentious and holier-than-thou aspects of a lot of theatre. Not only one of the best shows I've ever seen, but also one of the funniest - I laughed harder than I thought I was capable of. I'll definitely go back for more.

I wasn’t quite sure what to expect as we crammed into the small Camden venue, but I absolutely blown away by the show. Has to be one of the funniest wittiest performances I've seen for a long time, if not ever. A radio-play style musical that I think even traditional-musical-haters would enjoy.

If I was to place it on a shelf with my favourite films, books and tapes it would probably sit somewhere among the Monty Python and the Neil Gaiman.

I can't wait for it be on again so I can take my friends to see it too.

I'm embarrassingly close to being a 'Book Of Job' groupie. i've seen it four times now and I'm sure I'll go and see it again. I've been to many of the top west end musicals (family connection rather than taste) and Simon's show is my favourite by a long way. In terms of expensive production it isn't exactly Billy Elliot but the music is very good and the script has had every audience I've been in spend a lot of time laughing hard and occasionally breaking into spontaneous applause. It's excellent. Book it.
